Shout-out from Richard Marx

Richard Marx received so much love from fans at his Jan. 7 show at WinStar World Casino, he had to share some of that love right back.

And we're glad — and flattered — that he did.

Hi George,Many of the nicer sushi restaurants in the area serve gdoueck sashimi. Rikki Rikki (Kirkland) and Wasabi Bistro (Belltown) come to mind. If you're looking for some cooked gdoueck, I know that Elliot's Oyster House in Seattle serves it as an appetizer, though we weren't terribly impressed with the dish we had. If you make it down to Shelton, check out Xinh's Clam & Oyster House. She does many excellent things with gdoueck! Please let us know if you find any other restaurants preparing cooked gdoueck in the area!
